- 2dl of black (or green) tea
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 raspberries
- 1/4 lime
- 4 leaves of fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon of cane sugar
- Allow the tea to cool down in the fridge.
- Chop the mint finely and spread it over an ice cube mould (you need six ice cubes). Fill the mould with water and place it in the freezer.
- Put the raspberries, 1/4 lime and cane sugar in a large glass and mash finely with a masher.
- Add the mint ice cubes.
- Pour the cooled tea from the fridge over them.
