Ingredients

  • 2dl of black (or green) tea
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 raspberries
  • 1/4 lime
  • 4 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cane sugar

Preparation

  • Allow the tea to cool down in the fridge.
  • Chop the mint finely and spread it over an ice cube mould (you need six ice cubes). Fill the mould with water and place it in the freezer.
  • Put the raspberries, 1/4 lime and cane sugar in a large glass and mash finely with a masher.
  • Add the mint ice cubes.
  • Pour the cooled tea from the fridge over them.
